rental policy

A signed Rental Policy and 50% Deposit are needed to hold the date. The remaining payment is due 10 days prior to the event.

If the rental is cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to rental date, client forfeits all deposits paid to date. If event is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to event date, client is responsible for the remaining balance owed.

Delivery Fee

Delivery fee is $50.00 and includes round-trip delivery and pick-up. Additional travel costs apply for locations outside the tri-state area. Setup and take down of Rental Items is available for additional service fee. Orders will be delivered on the day prior or on the event date and pick-up will occur 1-3 days following the event, based on availability.

Self-pickup and drop off is available for free. Weekend orders may be picked up on Thursday or Friday between the hours of 5:00 pm- 7:00 pm and are due back on Monday or Tuesday between 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm.

Dishware and food service Rental Items are to be rinsed free of food and debris by the Renter prior to return. Please hand wash only! All other Rental Items are to be returned clean to avoid a cleaning fee.

Renter assumes full responsibility of items upon possession and agrees to pay full replacement cost for lost or damaged items.

Cincy Event Planning reserves the right to use produced images of the event for display, publication, or other purposes, if setup/design is included with the rental.
